Multiple City Tours Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Booking Payment Schedule
Deposit Per Person: At the time of the booking, full payment must be paid to confirm the booking status.
Cancellation Fees Per Person:
For Cancellations, write your Cancellation Requests at info@visitincredibleindia.com or call us directly at (+91) 989 1111 986. Once your booking is cancelled, you’ll receive a Cancellation Confirmation Mail from us. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per our Cancellation Policy given below;
Cancellation Charges Applicable for Multiple City Tours

| 90-61 days prior to departure | 25% |
| 60-31 days prior to departure | 50% |
| 30-21 days prior to departure | 75% |
| 20 days prior to departure or less | 100% |
Note:
- All refunds will be exclusive of Multiple Tour Booking Charges.
- Additional terms and fees will be applicable for the Cancellation of Extra Services & Partial Room Cancellation.
