Single City Tours Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Booking Payment Schedule
Deposit Per Person: At the time of the booking, full payment must be paid to confirm the booking status; where Tour Booking Charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Fees Per Person:
For Cancellations, write your Cancellation Requests at info@visitincredibleindia.com or call us directly at (+91) 989 1111 986. Once your booking is cancelled, you’ll receive a Cancellation Confirmation Mail from us. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per our Cancellation Policy given below;
Cancellation Charges Applicable for Single City Tours

Note:
- All refunds will be exclusive of Single Tour Booking Charges (that may vary up to USD 5 to 10).
- Additional terms and fees will be applicable for the Cancellation of Extra Services & Special Requests.
